European Journal of Oncology Nursing seeks to provide a forum for the exchange of knowledge and experience through which nurses can address issues of importance in oncology. It aims to inform the practice on oncology nursing through the report of current and ongoing research and relevant developments in practice, policy and education. Nurses involved in the practice, education and research setting are located in a variety of different contexts and the journal aims to reflect both the richness and the diversity of contemporary oncology nursing. The Editorial Committee welcomes contributions from nurses (and other health care professionals) whose work includes practice, education or research in the field of oncology including prevention, early detection, care and treatment, rehabilitation and palliative care. European Journal of Oncology Nursing publishes original articles, research reports, critical research developments, practice notes, book and media reviews, and a literature scan. It is the official journal of the European Oncology Nursing Society, and seeks to address issues of importance to oncology nurses throughout Europe.
