Physics Education is a journal for everyone involved in and concerned about the teaching and learning of physics in schools and colleges. A truly international journal, articles are chosen to support secondary school teachers and those involved with courses up to introductory undergraduate level. We aim to provide professional development and support for teachers of physics around the world by providing: a forum for practising teachers to make an active contribution to the physics teaching community; knowledge up-dates in physics, educational research and relevant wider curriculum developments; strategies for teaching and classroom management which will engage and motivate students and improve teaching and learning. In addition to quality peer-reviewed papers and featured articles, the journal contains: notes on specific aspects of teaching, demonstrations and practical work, news from the world of physics teaching, letters, comments and reviews (including multimedia, weblinks and equipment). The focus is on people, communication and physics.
